Activity Level: Level 3
Terrain: Hilly
The terrain is hilly, characterized by constant rollers and more sustained climbs on quiet roads with some busy sections. Many towns sit atop hills and, although the ascents are not exceptionally steep, they are often upwards of about five kilometers long. Our San Marino Self-Guided and the Adriatic Riviera bike tour is best suited for our Level 3 looking for rolling terrain surrounded by a beautiful countryside. Level 4 / 4+ Riders will enjoy the extra mileage the avid route options offer, including century rides that feature the famous pro, Marco Pantani's, training grounds. Please note: E-bikes are not available on this trip.
